Fees

  •   $350 base rate (for PA. residents) within 50 miles round trip of Lancaster City, PA. 
   Venue’s beyond that will cost an additional $.55 per mile.
  • $450 base rate for out of state ceremonies.


Base Rate Includes:
  • One in person FREE consultation (in Lancaster) prior to booking your date. 
  • One in person meeting (in Lancaster) after booking your date to discuss YOUR ceremony.
*These meetings can be done via telephone or email if you are not located in Lancaster.
  • A unique ceremony designed especially for you with choice of Traditional Vows (based on a ceremony profile you will fill out once your date is booked)
NO two ceremonies are the same
  • Additional support via telephone and/or email throughout the planning process .
  • Beautifully-designed, Decorative Certificate of Marriage
  • Decorative Copy of your Personalized Ceremony (bound book is extra: see below)
  • Preparation and filing of all legal documents required by your County to register your marriage - NOTE: It is the responsibility of the couple to obtain their marriage license from the county clerk.


Rehearsals:
Rehearsals are $100 in addition to ceremony fees.
  • Direction and coordination of the wedding rehearsal and ceremony (in co-operation with your wedding planner, if applicable).
*Rehearsal can be held on the same day as ceremony if out of state
*Rehearsals will only be held at the same venue as the ceremony
and only if venue is within 50 miles roundtrip of Lancaster City.
*Rehearsals will not be booked on Friday's or Saturday's.

Booking:
  • A signed contract will reserve your ceremony and rehearsal dates/times and allow me to begin
creating your one of a kind ceremony.  A non-refundable booking fee of 50% the total charge will be due upon signing of the contract.
  • Balance is due 10 days prior to the wedding date.
  • $15 added for use of Credit Card
  • An additional charge of $75 is required
        for certain holiday weekends and high-demand dates.

(different than the Ceremony Profile that is included in the Basic Package)


While it may be common to pay DJ’s and Caterers on the day of the wedding, I feel that my work with you on your wedding day should be solely focused on the very special commitment you are about to enter into.   After your ceremony I will exit quietly as you begin to celebrate. Therefore, all financial transactions will need to have been taken care of prior to your wedding ceremony.
